"Since the fab new refurbishment of the kitchen, Heads Up has been holding weekly healthy eating cooking sessions. Groups are small in size and run for 6 weeks. There is a great, friendly atmosphere.
The sessions run from 1pm - 3pm every Thursday, we learn to cook with the oven, hob and microwave.
So far we have made various soups, apple pie, spaghetti bolognaise, roast gammon and lots more, it's FAB! For a small fee we can take the food home"
